Another large extension to house a growing family.

As the budget was tight we only constructed the shell here and all the first floor stud walls along with the plastering. Decorating and final finishes were being carried out by the client.

Site cleared and footings dug but extensive new foul drain runs needed as the new extension was covering all the old manholes and existing runs.

New window openings were created to coincide with the existing character of the cottage and along the brickwork style. The project was completed on budget and just in the time frame. Considering there was plenty of frost and rain about we did really well.

Clients Martyn and Laura were delighted with the finish.
